Review by hotel critic
My experience at Hotel Fiesta was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the heart of Puerto Ayora, this charming hotel offered a serene oasis away from the bustling streets. As an anthropologist deeply interested in cultural immersion, I appreciated the blend of modern amenities with a touch of local flair. The complimentary breakfast showcased a fusion of flavors, from fresh fruits and juices to fluffy eggs and creamy cheese. One morning, as I sipped on my robust coffee, I couldn't help but marvel at how each dish reflected the vibrant Ecuadorian culinary scene.During my visit, I had the pleasure of sampling snacks at the bar, each bite a testament to the hotel's commitment to culinary innovation. The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made every meal a true pleasure.Hotel Fiesta provided a wonderful culinary experience that left me craving more. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a gourmet getaway with a touch of local charm.
